APCH in order to reduce noise nuisance & interference with circuit TFC. Such flights shall
BCST their intentions including ALT limits of OPS. Similarly pilots making NDB APCH in
IMC on encountering VMC shall remain as high as practical & join the circuit in the standard
manner.
