4. Then select 'E - Correction Card' from the menu.
5. Fill out the fields and then click submit. This will be sent to the AIS.

AVFAX MADE SIMPLE
AVFAX has further MET products necessary for use in some operations. Refer to the
GEN section of ERSA for more information.
1. Note which FIR and ARFOR areas involve your flight.
2. Use a tone-dialling telephone to access AVFAX on 1800 805 150 via Airservices/Telstra
PhoneAway System. Charges apply - See ERSA INTRO - 1. Clear the Airservices/Telstra
PhoneAway System;You have cleared the PhoneAway System when you have selected
from the menu the AVFAX option.
3. When AVFAX answers, enter your Account Number * ____________
4. When prompted, enter your Password followed by the hash (#) key ________________
5. Enter the relevant 5-digit product code from items 01 to 4 below.
6. Follow the prompts until you hear the "Thank You" message.
* To obtain an Account Number, pilots need to register with the Help Desk on 1800 801
