satisfactory performance of the flight crews' duties.
F.5 Electromagnetic interference protection
Aircraft electronic systems, particularly flight-critical and
flight-essential systems, shall be protected as appropriate
against electromagnetic interference from both internal and
external sources.
ANNEX 8 IVB-F-1
Annex 8 - Airworthiness of Aircraft
F.6 Ice protection
If certification for flight in icing conditions is required, the
helicopter shall be shown to be able to operate safely in all
icing conditions likely to be encountered in all anticipated
operating environments.

SUB-PART G. OPERATING LIMITATIONS AND INFORMATION
G1 General G2.6 Limitations on equipment and systems
The operating limitations within which compliance with the The limitations on equipment and systems shall include all

and placards, and such other means as may effectively
accomplish the purpose. G2.7 Miscellaneous limitations
6 2 Operating limitations
Miscellaneous limitations shall include any necessary limitations
with respect to conditions found to be prejudicial to the
safety of the helicopter (see A.2.1).
G2.1 Limitations which might be exceeded in flight and
which are defined quantitatively shall be expressed in suitable G.2.8 Flight crew limitations

G.2.3 Airspeed limitations
G3 Operating information and procedures
The airspeed limitations shall include all speeds (see C.5.2)
that are limiting from the standpoint of structural integrity or
flying qualities of the helicopter, or from other considerations. G3.1 Types of eligible operations
These speeds shall be identified with respect to the appropriate
helicopter configurations and other pertinent factors. The particular types of operations for which the helicopter has
been shown to be eligible by virtue of compliance with the
appropriate airworthiness requirements shall be listed.
G2.4 Powerplant limitations
The powerplant limitations shall include all those established G3.2 Loading information
for the various powerplant components as installed in the

G3.3 Operating procedures
A description shall be given of normal and emergency operating
procedures which are peculiar to the particular helicopter
and necessary for its safe operation. These shall include
procedures to be followed in the event of failure of one or
more engines.
G3.4 Handling information
Sufficient information shall be given on any significant or
unusual features of the helicopter characteristics.
G4 Performance information
The performance of the helicopter shall be scheduled in
accordance with B.2. There shall be included information
regarding the various helicopter configurations and powers
