COLD WEATHER OPERATIONS.
The airplane must be equipped with the following equipment when
operating at an airport in the ground icing conditions defined
under “Visual/Tactile Check” in the LIMITATIONS section:
1. Pilot assist handle, Cessna P/N SK208-146-2 (or FAA-approved
equivalent part number) .

into icing conditions as defined by FAR 25, but may be installed

On later serial airplanes, this equipment may be included with
the flight into known icing package. If installed, this equipment

本指令根据中国民用航空规章《民用航空器适航指令规定》(CCAR-39)颁发,内容涉及飞
行安全,是强制性措施。如不按规定完成,有关航空器将不再适航。
一. 标题: 检查水平安定面的蒙皮和构件
二. 适用范围:
在中华人民共和国注册的波音747-200B、-200C、-200F、-400、-400D、
-400SF和-400F系列飞机。
注1:本适航指令适用于上述所有型号的飞机,无论本适航指令要求
所涉及的区域是否经过改装、更换或修理。对那些经过改装、更换或修
理的飞机,如果所做的改装、更换或修理影响到本适航指令要求的实施,
飞机所有人/营运人采用的等效方法必须按照本适航指令J段要求获得批
准。其方法中应包含所做的改装、更换或修理对本适航指令所阐述的不
安全状态影响的评估;而且,如果该不安全状态没有被消除,其要求中
应包含针对这种不安全状态的具体的建议措施。为防止由于水平安定面
外段和中央段的上部蒙皮、后梁缘条、后梁腹板、未端接头和拼接板产
生裂纹,而导致降低水平安定面外段和中央段的结构强度,进而丧失飞
机的可控性,要求完成下述工作, 事先已完成者除外:

按照新版服务通告完成CAD2002-B747-02R1R1的特定要求
区域A的重复检查
A、在累计24,000总飞行循环前或在2002年4月3日后的90天内
(CAD2002-B747-02R1的生效日期),以后到为准:本指令G段“对区域A
可选择的高频涡流探伤检查”的要求除外,按照波音紧急服务通告
747-55A2050的图1和施工说明或按照波音紧急服务通告747-55A2050R1
施工说明的第1部分的要求,对水平安定面中段的上蒙皮和后梁上缘条进
行详细的检查,以确定是否存在裂纹。(检查程序包括对上水平表面蒙皮
和后梁上缘条的水平边和垂直边的详细检查是否存在裂纹)在本指令生
