对服务通告程序的额外要求
B、如果在本指令要求的任何检查中发现了任何裂纹，并且服务通
告规定与波音联系取得合适措施的工作：本指令要求，在下次飞行前，
使用按照本指令D段程序获得批准的方法修理裂纹。
C、凡服务通告中所规定的在颁发服务通告后完成指定工作的时间
要求，本指令要求以本指令生效的时间为准。
替代方法
D、（1）完成本适航指令可采取能保证安全的替代方法或调整完成
的时间，但必须得到适航审定部门的批准。
（2）在满足下列条件的情况下，完成本指令要求的检查被视作
CAD 2004-B747-08中C段和D段中相应要求的一个等效替代方法
（AMOC）：
（i）本指令要求的检查必须在CAD 2004-B747-08规定的符合性时
间内完成。本指令要求的初始检查必须在CAD 2004-B747-08中D段规
定的符合性时间内完成，而且本指令要求的检查必须在本指令A段规定
的时间间隔重复执行。
（ii）本等效替代方法（AMOC）仅适用于波音紧急服务通告
747-53A2500中规定的波音747型飞机的补充结构检查文件（SSID）
D6-35022 Rev.G中的区域。
（3）在使用任何经批准的等效替代方法（AMOC）前，通知飞行
标准部门的主管监察员。

本指令根据中国民用航空规章《民用航空器适航指令规定》（CCAR-39）颁发，内容涉及飞
行安全，是强制性措施。如不按规定完成，有关航空器将不再适航。
一. 标题： 修改飞行员操作手册（POH）相关部分
二. 适用范围：
本指令适用于所有序号的Cessna 208和 208B飞机。
三. 参考文件：
1、FAA AD 2006-01-11 R1，修正案号：39-14515，2006 年3 月10
日颁发；
2、Cessna Caravan 服务包（Service kit） No.SK208-146，2004 年
10 月4 日颁发；
3、Cessna Caravan 服务通告No.CAB95-19，1995 年10 月13 日颁
发；
4、Cessna Caravan 附件包（Accessory kit）No.AK208-6C 修改版C，
1993 年8 月27 日颁发；
5、Cessna Caravan 服务通告No.CAB93-20 修改版1，1995 年10
月13 日颁发。
四. 原因、措施和规定
本适航指令替代CAD2006-C208-01R1，39-5230
本指令的颁发是由于收到几起在结冰条件下，飞机在空中和地面
操作时发生事故的报告。本指令颁发的目的是提供一种安全方法，用
于起飞前探测附着在机翼上表面（重要翼面）的结冰、积雪、霜冻、
或泥泞的状况；并通过除去货舱吊舱和起落架整流盖板的冰以降低飞

行中的阻力。机翼上表面、货舱吊舱、起落架整流盖板上附着冰可降
低飞机性能，从而使飞机不能安全起飞、爬升或保持高度。
自2006年2月22日起，要求完成附件FAA AD 2006-01-11 R1中规定
的工作，除非已事先完成。
完成本指令可采取能确保安全的替代方法或调整完成时间，但必
须得到适航部门的批准。

When Does This AD Become Effective?
(a) This AD becomes effective on February 22, 2006. The effective
date of this AD is retained from AD 2006-01-11.
What Other ADs Are Affected by This Action?
(b) This AD revises AD 2006-01-11,Amendment 39-14450.
What Airplanes Are Affected by This AD?
(c) This AD affects Models 208 and 208B, all serial numbers, that
are certificated in any category.
What Is the Unsafe Condition Presented in This AD?
(d) This AD is the result of reports of several accidents
involving the affected airplanes during operations in-flight and
in ground icing conditions. We are issuing this AD to provide
a safe method to detect ice, snow, frost, or slush adhering to
the upper wing (a critical surface) prior to takeoff; and to
reduce drag in- flight by shedding ice on the cargo pod and
landing gear fairings. Ice adhering to the upper wing surface,
cargo pod, or landing gear fairings could result in a reduction
in airplane performance with the consequences that the airplane
cannot perform a safe takeoff or climb or maintain altitude.
