- T/O with full thrust must be performed,
- MTOW must be reduced,
- T/O speed corrections must be be applied,
- Landing distance must be increased by 10% and
- C/B SEC 3/SPLY ---- Q19 must be pulled.
LOAD AND TRIM SHEET :
Should be analysed and corrected if necessary (e.g. : increased block fuel)
- Stress that ideal CG = 33% and when T/O CG is lower than 27% MAC the basic
performance must be corrected (see FCOM VOL 2).
- With AFT CG and crosswind, special T/O procedure should be applied
(see SOP A320).

PREFLIGHT :
Select malfunction : SEC 3 INOP (MANDATORY).
When engine n° 2 is stabilized after start, select APU FAULT (OPTIONAL).
TAKE-OFF DATA
ATIS : see T/O data page, insert turbulence level 30%.
Enter T/O data according to the crew preparation, or instructor definition (if crew has
not completed performance course).
PARKING GATE POSITION
Aircraft is parked at Gate D08 (Coordinates : N 4843.6 E 0222.2).
Set left window visual ON, press INIT GATE.
Check that gate coordinates have been entered and cross checked by the crew.

flight planned route, squawk A0304, call Orly Ground 121.70 for start and push."
ENGINE START
ORLY GROUND 121.70
When start and push requested :
"[Airline ID] XXX - start and push approved, QNH 1007, call ready for taxi."
Select malfunction : APU FAULT when engine n° 2 is stabilized (OPTIONAL).
NOTE : Because of APU FAULT cross bleed eng start is required. Check that proper
procedure is being used (FCOM VOL 3) and MMEL consulted (See FCTM -
Chapter MMEL).
PUSH BACK AND TAXI :
ORLY GROUND 121.70
Push back NOSE pointing LEFT.
When taxi requested :
"[Airline ID] XXX - taxi to holding position RWY 08 and change to TWR 118.70."
The aircraft is released at push back completion on HDG 310°.
Set CAVOK and TWILIGHT visual. Taxi to the left of the apron on HDG 260 until
reaching RWY 08 on the left hand side, slightly after abeam on RWY 08 threshold.
Set HIRL intensity to level 5 on visual page.

TAKE-OFF :

At holding point and ready for line up and T/O - T/O clearance :
"[Airline ID] XXX - after take-off, maintain 220 kt until intercepting BT radial 164°, wind
180°/16 kt, RWY 08 - cleared for take off ".
a) Check how speed restriction is inserted as a constraint.
b) Check that for combination of crosswind and aft C/G, PF applied full fwd side stick,
and moved thr. levers progressively to reach FLX/TOGA gate at 40 kt
