Observe how the crew is dealing with various speed constraints as well (i.e. MAX IAS
250 kt - D45 OL and MAX IAS 220 kt inbound EPR 1 min).
When all constraining FL and speeds are taken into account and briefed to the PNF,
the FRQ change may be given.
"[Airline ID] XXX change Orly approach 128.85."
128.85 ORLY APP
When ready for descent :
"[Airline ID] XXX descent to FL 150 initially. Advise passing FL 180 LGL...
Arrival ILS RWY 26. No delay expected".
Passing FL 180 :
"[Airline ID] XXX change Orly Approach 118.85.
Continue descent to 4000 ft EPR FL 090 or above QNH 1000".

for right hand down wind ILS APP RWY 26.
Let aircraft continue outbound until TSU 25 DME, and advise crew weather is
decaying, in order to have the crew preparing "POGO TO CDG", either by alternate
F-PLN, or SEC F-PLN.

By this HDG intercept ILS LOCALIZER RWY 26, call established.
As soon as a/c is established on track 164° fail G/S "OLW " to make the crew revert to
"LOC APP ONLY"
If crew did not notice "GS FAILS", as distance is enough :
"[Airline ID] XXX ILS G/S RWY 26 for the time being out of service".
When established :
"[Airline ID] XXX change to Orly TWR 118.70.
When transfer occurs change landing minima to "zero/zero".
118.70 ORY TWR
"[Airline ID] XXX continue approach call passing "OYE", and RWY in sight.
Cleared for LOC APP RWY 26 wind 290°/15 kt.
Braking action "MEDIUM TO GOOD".
"[Airline ID] XXX number one cleared to land, visibility : 900 m, RVR 1300 m"
GO AROUND
"[Airline ID] XXX standard go around procedure to MELUN climb 4000 ft QNH : 1000,
change ORY Departure 127.75"
DIVERSION

AFTER LANDING AND PARKING
After landing :

When RWY vacated :
