Initiation at crew discretion

"[Airline ID] XXX maintain FL 260 - SOVAT, SANDY. Expect BIG # STAR, no delay
expected. Report ready for descent."
When ready for descent.
"[Airline ID] XXX descent inbound BIG to 7000 ft on QNH 998, expect radar vectors
for ILS RWY 27 L."
[Airline ID] XXX due to traffic join the hold at BIG".
ATC may suggest that weather is going to be decayed, in order to have crew
preparing diversion, back to CDG.
As soon as crew acknowledge :
"[Airline ID] XXX change to Heathrow Approach 119.72
Inbound BIG, descent to 2500 ft - QNH 998".
119.72 HEATHROW
"[Airline ID] XXX take heading..................."
In order to have aircraft passing "BIG" HDG 310, this HDG will conduct aircraft to be
on "G/S" before on "LOCALIZER".
This exercise to have the crew intercepting "G/S" from above.
"[Airline ID] XXX remain on this frequency call G/S intercept by heading 310° cleared
for ILS APP 27 L and call RWY in sight".
GO AROUND
If crew did plan to divert directly to De Gaulle, because all other airports closed, give
clearance as follow :
"[Airline ID] XXX in the event of go around follow RWY HDG when passing 2000 ft
direct MAY VOR climb initially 6000 ft - QNH 998. Advise decisions"
During the go around :
"[Airline ID] XXX change to London Control 121.32".

continue standard routing for DE GAULLE DPE, SOKMU, MERUE clearance limit.

For information wind changes in De Gaulle, the actual RWY 09 has to be changed.
