A. If the test gives the maintenance message: WXR2 (1SQ2)/GPWC (1WZ) - replace the GPWC (1WZ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-48-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-48-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues: - replace the CTL UNIT-WEATHER RADAR (3SQ) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-12-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues: - do a check and repair the wiring of the WEATHER RADAR 2 ON/OFF discrete between the CTL UNIT-WEATHER RADAR and the GPWC: between pin B/V and pin AB/2D (Ref. ASM 34-48/02).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.

A. If during the test, the Upper ECAM DU warning NAV TERR DET FAULT without maintenance message is shown: - on the GPWS section of panel 21VU, make sure that the GPWS/TERR
pushbutton switch (31WZ) is not pushed (the OFF legend is off)
(1) If the OFF legend of the pushbutton switch is illuminated:
- release the GPWS/TERR pushbutton switch (31WZ).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do the procedure that follows (Ref. TASK 34-48-00-810-832).

(2) If the OFF legend of the pushbutton switch is not illuminated:
- do the operational test of the annunciator light test system in the cockpit (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-00-710-001)
(a) If the OFF legend of the pushbutton switch comes on:
- do the procedure that follows (Ref. TASK 34-48-00-810-832).
(b) If the OFF legend of the pushbutton switch does not come on:
- replace the P/BSW-GPWS/TERR (Ref. AMM TASK 33-10-00-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-10-00-400-002).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
