PNL(3SH)/ATC2(1SH2) :
- replace the CTL UNIT-ATC/TCAS (3SH) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-12-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the XPDR-ATC/MODE S, 2 (1SH2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-33-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the CONTROL DATA bus from the ATC control unit (3SH) to the ATC/MODE S transponder 2 (1SH2) (Ref. ASM 34-52/01).

(2) If the BITE test gives the maintenance message ATC2 : NO DATA FROM ADIRU:
- do this procedure: (Ref. TASK 34-52-00-810-808).

4. Fault Isolation

A. If the warning light on the ATC/TCAS control unit comes on:
- Pull the C/B (Panel 49VU for ATC1, Panel 121VU for ATC2) of the selected ATC on the ATC/TCAS control unit. If the warning light goes off, then the selected ATC is faulty.
- do the BITE test of the faulty ATC (Ref. AMM TASK 34-52-00-740-004).
(1) If the test gives a maintenance message: R - Do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance R message. R Failure of the ATC/TCAS Control Unit
