A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the weather radar 1 with the EIS DMC selector switch on the SWITCHING panel 8VU in CAPT/3 position (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-00-740-002).
4. Fault Isolation

A. If the test result is satisfactory:
(1) Replace the DMC-1 (1WT1) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check of the wiring between DMC1 (1WT1) pins AA/12G, 12H and terminal block 1860VT47 pins A, F and between DMC1 (1WT1) pins AA/12J, 12K and terminal block 1860VT48 pins A, F (Ref. ASM 34-41/01).
B. If the test gives the maintenance message DMC1/2/3(1WT1/2/3)/WXR2(1SQ2):
(1) Replace the XCVR-WEATHER RADAR, 2 (1SQ2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-33-000-004) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-41-33-400-003).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check of the wiring between weather radar transceiver 2 (1SQ2) pins AB/2D, 3D and terminal block 1860VT47 pins D, J and between weather radar transceiver 2 (1SQ2) pins AB/2G, 3G and terminal block 1860VT48 pins D, J (Ref. ASM 34-41/01).
