Deactivate the APU TRU: Open and collar the APU START TRU POWER circuit breaker on the P32 R GEN POWER PANEL in the main equipment center.
If the APU TRU is not deactivated, it may not be possible to start the APU while the main AC busses are powered.
OPERATIONS NOTE
If the APU TRU is not deactivated, it may not be possible to start the APU while the main AC busses are powered. Notify dispatch that the APU will not be available in flight.

1. To deactivate the utility bus, open and collar the applicable circuit breaker on the P11 panel:

1. For airplanes with the right utility bus inoperative:
A. When one recirculation fan is turned off, or is inoperative, the associated pack automatically goes to the high flow mode thus increasing fuel burn. Flight planning fuel should be increased by 0.3% when dispatching with the right utility bus inoperative.
2. For left and/or right utility bus inoperative:
A. The forward and/or aft cargo heating systems are inoperative. Temperature sensitive items loaded in these compartments may be affected.
