OPERATIONS (O)
If CLB switch is inoperative, Automatic Climb Thrust Select option must be installed and operate normally. Takeoff thrust reduction will be performed automatically upon selection of any pitch autopilot mode. If a go-around is required, subsequent Climb Thrust must be set manually. Climb Thrust setting may be determined from data provided in the Operations Manual or Quick Reference Handbook.
If CLB switch is inoperative and Automatic Climb Thrust Select option is not installed, the Thrust Management System should be considered inoperative.
If CON switch is inoperative, Max Continuous Thrust must be set manually. Maximum Continuous Thrust setting may be determined from data provided in the Operations Manual or Quick Reference Handbook.

1. Verify that the operative G/A switch commands both autopilot and autothrottle Go-Around mode by
performing the tests in FIM 22-00-03/113 Maintenance Control Display Panel (MCDP) Ground Test
#13 (SW G/A).
A. Supply electrical power.
B. Make sure these circuit breakers are closed:
1) MODE CONT PNL L
2) FLT CONT COMPUTER POWER L
3) FLT CONT COMPUTER SERVO L
4) FLT CONT CMPTR PWR C
5) FLT CONT CMPTR SERVO C
6) MODE CONT PNL R
7) FLT CONT CMPTR PWR R

9) TMC AC
10) TMC DC
11) TMC SERVO
C. Do the MCDP Ground Test 13 -SW GA.
D. Set the MCDP to off.
