2. Obtain blanking plate (213T2412-1) or manufacture per the following:
Blanking Plate Specifications (Dimensions in Inches)
3. Provide electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
WARNING: REMOVE PRESSURE FROM THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM. PRESSURE IN THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
4. Remove pressure from the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00).
5. Place both air conditioning pack control selectors on pilot's overhead panel P5 in OFF position. Attach DO-NOT-OPERATE identifier to both selectors.
6. Lower left(right) air conditioning pack access door 193HL(194ER).
7. Loosen clamp on downstream side of the left (or right) trim air check valve and slide clamp along duct.
TRIM AIR SUPPLY CHECK VALVE INSTALLATION
8. Slip blanking plate between duct assembly and trim air check valve.
9. Reinstall clamp. Torque clamp nut to 45 inch-pounds.
10. Perform leakage test per the following:
A. Provide pneumatic power (AMM 36-00-00).
B. Remove DO-NOT-OPERATE identifier from both air conditioning pack control selectors on P5 panel, and place both selectors to AUTO position.
C. Press TRIM AIR switchlight, on P5 panel, to OFF position. Remove DO-NOT-OPERATE identifier from switchlight.
D. Check valve flange for leakage.
1) Diffused leakage is acceptable.
2) Jet blast leakage must be repaired by joint or clamp realignment. 11. Put the airplane back to its usual condition:
A. Close left(right) air conditioning pack access door 193HL(194ER).
B. Remove pneumatic power (AMM 36-00-00).
C. Remove electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

1. Autopilot Inoperative, Autopilot Electrohydraulic Servo Valves (EHSV) Not Leaking:
A. Verify minimum number of FCC 115 VAC circuit breakers on the P11 overhead panel are closed for dispatch configuration. Dispatch is allowed if an inoperative FCC has a fault that trips its circuit breaker provided the minimum number of FCC circuit breakers are closed, however sensor data availability is maximized if all FCC breakers are closed.

B. Open and collar FCC 28 VDC servo circuit breaker on the P11 overhead panel for the failed autopilot channels:
