When dispatching with empty Cargo Compartment the associated Compartment must remain empty or contain only ballast, empty cargo handling equipment (ballast may be loaded in ULDs(Unit Load Device)), or Flight Kits. The content of a Flight Kit is defined in B757 Technical File. Materials to be used as ballast shall be non-combustible (see MEL Preamble).

Cabin Altitude Control Panel (P5) - POS PRESS RELIEF VALVE(S) INOP
MAINTENANCE (M)
For one failed valve, press flapper doors closed until flush with fuselage.
NOTE: Some resistance will be felt.
1. Disconnect and cap external static sense line from primary differential pressure control mechanism.
2. Disconnect and cap integral static sense line from secondary differential pressure control mechanism.
