1. OPMET Data. When ACARS is not available for updating OPMET Data, VHF/HF COM shall be used. For pre-flight planning OPMET Printouts shall be used when available.
2. Loadsheet. When ACARS is not available for Loadsheet Data, Loadsheet shall be obtained from the Handling Agent or be prepared by the Flight Crew.

1. Passenger Address System inoperative:
B757 - 200 MINIMUM EQUIPMENT LIST
A. Before takeoff the Cabin Attendant shall make a direct voice communication with all Passengers in each Cabin. A powered Megaphone may be used for making these announcements. The Flight Crew shall be notified when pre-flight announcements have been completed.
B. In an emergency the Flight Crew shall notify the Cabin Crew who shall establish direct voice contact with each Passenger. A powered Megaphone may be used for making announcements.
2. Lavatory Speakers inoperative:
A. Close and latch the associated Lavatory Door.
B. Placard the Lavatory Door “INOPERATIVE - DO NOT ENTER”.

1. Cabin-to-Flight deck Function inoperative:
A. Use cabin-to-Flight Deck Alerting System and/or PA System to communicate with the Flight Crew if access to Cockpit is restricted.
2. Flight Deck-to-Cabin Function Inoperative:
A. Use PA System and/or Flight Deck-to-Cabin Alerting System to communicate with the Cabin Crew.
3. Cabin-to-Cabin Function inoperative:
A. Flight Attendant assigned to MID position is to use AFT Handset when PA or Interphone communications are required. A direct voice communication shall be used as an alternate procedure between affected Flight Attendant Stations.
