- close the circuit breaker.
(a) If the circuit breaker trips:
- replace the LT-TAXI (8LR) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-12-400-001).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check for a short to ground at the wiring between the circuit breaker (1LR) and the taxi light (8LR) pin A/A (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).
a If there is a short to ground:
_
- repair the related wiring. b If there is no short to ground:
_ - replace the circuit breaker (1LR).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.

A. Test Do the operational test of the taxi and take off light (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-00-710-001).
NOTE : Do this test for the take off light only.

4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If during the operational test when you set the EXT LT/NOSE switch to TO, the take off light does not operate correctly:
- do a check of the circuit breaker (3LR) status.
(1) If the circuit breaker is closed:
- do a check for 115VAC at the take off power supply relay (5LR) pins A/2 and A/X.
(a) If there is no 115VAC at pin A/X:
- replace the SW-EXT LT/NOSE (4LR) (Ref. IPC 334608).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check of the wiring between the EXT LT/NOSE switch (4LR) pin 3B and the pin A/X of the take off power supply relay (5LR) (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).

_ - repair the above wiring.
b If there is continuity:
_
- repair the wiring from the EXT LT/NOSE switch (4LR) pin 1B to the first terminal block (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).
(b) If there is no 115VAC at pin A/2:
- replace the RELAY- PWR SPLY, TO LT (5LR) (Ref. IPC 334608).
1 Do a check of the wiring between the take off power supply
_ relay (5LR) pin A/1 and the circuit breaker 3LR (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).
a If there is no continuity:
_ - repair the above wiring.
b If there is continuity:
_
- replace the C/B-LIGHTING/EXT LT/TAXI AND TAKE OFF/TO (3LR)
(c) If there is 115VAC at the two pins:
- replace the LT-TAKE OFF (7LR) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-11-400-001).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check for a ground signal at pin A/E of the take off light (7LR).
a If there is no ground signal:
_
- repair the wiring between the take off light (7LR) pin A/E and the ground terminal (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).
b If there is a ground signal:
_
- do a check of the wiring between the take off light (7LR) pin A/D and the pin A/2 of the take off light power supply relay (5LR). . If there is no continuity:
- repair the above wiring. . If there is continuity:
- repair the wiring from the take off light power supply relay (5LR) pin A/Z to the first terminal block (Ref. ASM 33-46/01).
(2) If the circuit breaker is open:
- close the circuit breaker.
(a) If the circuit breaker trips:
- replace the LT-TAKE OFF (7LR) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-46-11-400-001).
