A. Do the operational test of the Service Area Lighting (Ref. AMM TASK 33-31-00-710-001).
4. Fault Isolation

A. If the operational test shows that the SERVICE AREA LIGHT 6LJ, in the APU compartment, does not come on:
- replace the lamp.
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check for 28 VDC at the SERVICE AREA LIGHT 6LJ (Ref. ASM 33-31/01).
(a) If there is approx. 28 VDC:
- replace the SERVICE AREA LIGHT 6LJ (Ref. AMM TASK 33-31-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-31-11-400-001).
(b) If there is no 28 VDC::
- do a check of the ON-OFF SWITCH 11LJ and replace it if necessary.
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring between: ON-OFF SWITCH 11LJ pin 2 and CB 2LJ, ON-OFF SWITCH 11LJ pin 1 and SERVICE AREA LIGHT 6LJ pin 1, SERVICE AREA LIGHT 6LJ pin 2 and GND (Ref. ASM 33-31/01).
B. Do the test as given in the Para. 3.A .
