A. Do the operational test of the landing lights (Ref. AMM TASK 33-42-00-710-001).
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test shows that the LANDING LIGHT 7LB (8LB) extends but the light does not come on:
- do a check for 115 VAC at the LANDING LIGHT 7LB (8LB) connector A/L (Ref. ASM 33-42/01).
(1) If there is 115 VAC:
- replace the lamp (Ref. AMM TASK 33-42-11-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-42-11-400-004).
(2) If there is no 115 VAC:
- do a check and repair the wiring between: CB 1LB (2LB) and the related LANDING LIGHT conn. A/L, GND and the related LANDING LIGHT conn. A/K (Ref. ASM 33-42/01).

(2) If there is no 115 VAC:
- do a check and repair the wiring between: SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT 5LB pin 6 and the related LANDING LIGHT conn. A/B, GND and the related LANDING LIGHT conn. A/K, SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT 5LB pin 5 and the CB 3LB (4LB) (Ref. ASM 33-42/01).
(3) If the fault continues:
- replace the SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT 5LB (Panel 25VU).
B. Do the test as given in the Para. 3. A.
