3. Fault Confirmation

A. Do the operational test of the Lavatory Lighting (Ref. AMM TASK 33-24-00-710-001).
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test confirms the fault:
- replace the related FLUORESCENT TUBE (Ref. AMM TASK 33-24-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-24-12-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check for 115 VAC at the related BALLAST UNIT pin C.
(a) If there is approx. 115 VAC:
- replace the related BALLAST UNIT (Ref. AMM TASK 33-24-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-24-11-400-001).
(b) If there is no 115 VAC:
- do a check of the LAVATORY LIGHTING RELAY 2LQ and replace it if necessary.

- do a check and repair the wiring between the related: BALLAST UNIT pin C and LAVATORY LIGHTING RELAY 2LQ connector A/A1, BALLAST UNIT pin A and GND, BALLAST UNIT pin B and GND, LAVATORY LIGHTING RELAY 2LQ connector A/A2 and CB 1LQ (Ref. ASM 33-24/01).
B. Do the test as given in the Para. 3.A .
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
