A. If the fault symptom is identified by the crew observation Clock not counting:
Do the test of the MMR (Ref. AMM TASK 34-36-00-740-003).
(1) If the result to the test is NO - Proceed to the MMR trouble shooting
(2) If the result to the test is YES - Do a check and repair the wiring from the MMR (40RT1) pin AB/9E, 9F to the CLOCK (2FS) pin A/E, F (Ref. ASM 31-21/01).

A. If the test gives the maintenance message CFDIU BACKUP:
- replace the CFDIU (1TW), (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.

B. Test Do the BITE test of the VOR/MKR (system 1) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-55-00-740-002).
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test gives the maintenance message VOR1 : NO DATA FROM CFDIU:
- replace the CFDIU (1TW), (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring from the CFDIU (1TW) pins AA/2B, 2C to the first terminal block , (Ref. ASM 31-32/02).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
