 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the fault symptom is identified by the crew observation:
 name of the LRU and CHAN FAIL indication on the display of the Data Loading Selector.
 - replace the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING (102TD) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-400-001).
 B. Test

 - set the ON/OFF switch to ON  - DB/N:
 PUSH NEXT/PREV

R A. Do the loading of the correct data base of the FMGC (Ref. AMM TASK 22-70-R 00-610-008).
 4. Fault Isolation
_______________
 A. If the fault is identified by the crew observation:
 FMGC1 uploading is not possible.

 (1) Do a check for of the aircraft wiring between the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING (102TD) and FMGC-1 (1CA1) (Ref. ASM 31-38/01):

 (a) pin B/50, 49 (102TD) to pin AB/11F, 11G (1CA1).

 (b) pin A/50, 17 (102TD) to pin AA/12F, 12G (1CA1).

 (c) pin A/33 (102TD) to pin AA/5A (1CA1).

 

 (2) if the fault continues:


 - replace the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING (102TD) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-400-001).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
