 3. Fault Confirmation
__________________
 A. Do the loading of the correct data base of the ATSU (Ref. AMM 46-21-00,
 P. Block 301).

 4. Fault Isolation
_______________
 A. If the fault is identified by the crew observation:
 ATSU uploading is not possible.

 (1) Do a check for of the aircraft wiring between the MDDU (1TD) and ATSU (1TX1) (Ref. ASM 31-38/01):

 (a) pin A/24, 25 (1TD) to pin AA/8J, 8K (1TX1).

 (b) pin A/31, 32 (1TD) to pin AA/1A, 1B (1TX1).

 

 (2) Do a check for of the aircraft wiring between the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING (102TD) and ATSU (1TX1) (Ref. ASM 31-38/01):

 - pin A/11 (102TD) to pin AA/14F (1TX1).

 (3) if the fault continues:

 - replace the ROUTING BOX-DATA LOADING (102TD) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-34-400-001).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.

 A. Do the BITE test of the Multipurpose Disk Drive Unit (MDDU) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-00-740-002).
 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the test gives the maintenance message MDDU (1TD):
 - replace the MDDU (1TD) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-22-400-001).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.

 3. Fault Confirmation

 A. Do the BITE test of the Multipurpose Disk Drive Unit (MDDU) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-00-740-002).
 4. Fault Isolation
_______________
 A. If the test gives the maintenance message MDDU(1TD) BUS1:
 (1) Replace the MDDU (1TD) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-22-400-001).

 (2) If the fault continues:

 - do a check and repair the wiring from the MDDU(1TD) connector A/1, 2 to the DLRB (102TD) connector B/19, 35 (Ref. ASM 31-38/01).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
