 A. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) closed:

 B. Test Do the ground scanning of the CFDIU (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-740-003).
 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS:CLOCK:
 - replace the CLOCK (2FS), (Ref. AMM TASK 31-21-21-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-21-21-400-001).
 (1) If the fault continues:
 - do a check and repair the wiring from the clock (2FS) pins A/W, X to the first terminal block , (Ref. ASM 31-21/01).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.

 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the fault symptom is identified by GMT indication in amber crosses on the lower ECAM DU:
 - open the circuit breaker 2TW.
 - close the circuit breaker 2TW.
 (1) If the circuit breaker trips:

 - replace the CFDIU (1TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).

 (2) If the fault continues


 - replace the CFDIU (1TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).

R  B. If the Log book mentions the loss of expected time at waypoint on the ND: 
R  - replace the CFDIU (1TW) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001). (Ref. AMM

R  (1) If the fault continues: 
R  (a) For a DMC2 related fault (fault on the first officer side) 
R  - do a check and repair the wiring between the CFDIU (1TW) and 
R  the DMC 2 (1WT2) from pins AB/2H, 2J to pins AA/15D, 15E (Ref. 
R  ASM 31-32/03). 
R  (b) For a DMC1 related fault (fault on the captain side)
