Remove the PIN, RIGGING - RUDDER CONTROL (98A27901002000) (9) from the lower bellcrank (10).
(2)
Remove the RIGGING PIN (98A27801001000) (1) from the quadrant (2).
(3) Remove the shim(s) from the handle. Subtask 32-33-15-720-050
E. Functional Test
(1) Do the functional test of the free fall extension (Ref. TASK 32-33-00-720-001).

(1)
Close the lateral avionics-compartment door 822.
(2)
Close the doors of the nose landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-410-001).
(3) Install the cockpit floor panel 211FF (Ref. TASK 53-12-11-400-001). Subtask 32-33-15-942-050
B. Removal of the Equipment
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(3)
Remove the access platform(s).
(4)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.

A. Safety Precautions
(1)
Put the safety barriers in position.
(2)
Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3)
On the panel 400VU:
-Make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position.
-Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.
(4)
On the panel 110VU, make sure that the GRAVITY GEAR EXTN handle is folded into the center console.
(5)
Install a wedge on each side of the GRAVITY GEAR EXTN handle to lock the handle in position.
