Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(5)
Pressurize the Green hydraulic system from the Yellow hydraulic system through the PTU with the electric pump (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-863-001).
(6)
If you bleed after rupture of the hydraulic line, you must do the reactivation of the Normal Brake Safety Valve (Ref. TASK 32-42-36-860-001).

A. Bleed the Normal Braking System
WARNING : OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES._______
WARNING : DO NOT LET OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN FOR A LONG TIME AS IT CAN_______ CAUSE INJURY.
WARNING : DO NOT GET THE FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. IF YOU DO:_______ - FLUSH IT AWAY WITH CLEAN WATER - GET MEDICAL AID.

(1)
Remove the bleed screw plug from the related brake unit.
(2)
Connect a vinyl hose and put one end in a container that contains HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(3)
Moderately push down the brake pedal related to the brake to be bled.
(4)
Slowly loosen the bleed screw to get a smooth flow of fluid. Let the fluid flow until it has no air bubbles.
NOTE : The safety valve can close if there is too much flow of
____ hydraulic fluid during the bleeding operation.
(5)
Keep the pressure on the brake and tighten the bleed screw.
(6)
Release the brake pedal.
(7)
If it is necessary, do the operations again until all the air is removed from the braking system.
(8)
Disconnect the vinyl hose. Remove all signs of the fluid from the bleed screw.
(9) Install the bleed screw plug. **ON A/C ALL Post SB 32-1190 For A/C 001-002,051-052, Subtask 32-42-00-870-053
B. Bleeding of the Normal-Brake Safety-Valve P/N C25243002-2
(Ref. Fig. 302/TASK 32-42-00-991-006)
WARNING : OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
_______
WARNING : DO NOT LET OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN FOR A LONG TIME AS IT CAN
_______
CAUSE INJURY.
CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE FLUID DOES NOT STAY ON THE AIRCRAFT
_______ STRUCTURE. IF THE FLUID GETS ON THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE, WASH IT OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH SOAP AND WATER.
CAUTION : DO NOT PUSH THE BRAKEPEDALS WHILE YOU BLEED THE SAFETY VALVE.
_______ MOVEMENT OF THE PEDALS WILL INCREASE THE PRESSURE IN THE SAFETY VALVE AND WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SAFETY VALVE.
