(1) Put the warning notice(s) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever and the brake pedals.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Depressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-001).
(2)
Make sure that the parking brake control-switch is set to OFF before you do this procedure.
4. Procedure

A. Reactivation after Isolation of the Green hydraulic supply
(1)
Cut and remove the lockwire that attaches the knurled sleeve (2).
(2)
Remove the self-adhesive fabric tape from the sleeve (2).
(3)
Connect the sleeve (2) to the half-coupling (1).
(4)
Bleed the Green braking system at the related brake (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-870-001).

B. Test
(1)
Do the operational test of the normal braking system (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-710-001).
(2)
During this test, make sure that there are no leaks on the hydraulic connector.
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(2)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.

(3) Remove the temporary placard which tells that the normal braking is
not operational.

On the panel 400VU, make sure that the L/G normal control lever is set to DOWN.
(2)
On the panel 402VU, make sure that the A/SKID & NOSE WHEEL switch is set to ON.
(3)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

(4) On one MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/L/G page (Ref. TASK 31-32-00-860-009).
