Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Do the EIS start procedure (ECAM only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3)
On the ECAM control panel (CP), push (in) the FUEL push icon switch.
(4)
Refuel (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-003) or transfer fuel (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) to get this fuel configuration:
-
the center tank contains more than 500 kg (1100 lb)
-
the applicable outer fuel cell is full of fuel
-
the applicable wing tank contains between 750 kg (1650 lb) and 5000 kg (11000 lb) of fuel.

Extend the slats to more than 16 degrees (Ref. TASK 27-80-00-866-004).

Make sure that the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER (98D27803000000) is on the slat/flap control lever.
