A. Operational Check of the Center-Tank Pump-Canister Check-Valves
NOTE : This test is for 84QM. For 85QM use the indications in
____
parenthesis.

1. On the panel 800VU:
-make sure that the REFUEL VALVES switches are in the NORM position
-put the MODE SELECT switch to the OFF position.
2. On the panel 40VU:
-release (out) the X FEED P/BSW.
3. On the panel 40VU:
-push in the L (R) TK PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSWs.
On the panel 40VU:
-
the XFEED P/BSW ON and OPEN lights are off.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-
the XFEED valve shows closed (green cross-line).
On the panel 40VU:
-
the L (R) TK PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSWFAULT lights come on momentarily
-
the L (R) TK PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSW OFF lights go off.
On the ECAM lower DU:
-
the left (right) pump display shows pumps on (green in-line).
After 10 mins:
-
the fuel quantities in the left (right) wing tank and the center tank stay the same
or
-if the fuel quantity in the center tank increases (with a corresponding

4. On the panel 40VU: On the panel 40VU:
-release (out) the L (R) TK - the L (R) TK PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSW OFF PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSWs. lights come on.
