A. Removal of the Fuel Pump Canister 2QM(3QM)
(1)
Disconnect the pipe (9).
(2)
Remove the nuts (20) and the bolts (21).
(3)
Remove the screws (13).
(4)
Release the connectors (14) and (16). Remove and discard the O-rings
(17) and (19).
(5)
Remove the canister (15). Remove and discard the sealing ring (12).
(6)
If you are to replace the canister (15):
(a) Remove the sequence valve (Ref. TASK 28-21-45-000-001).
(b) Remove the reducer (10). Remove and discard the O-ring (11). **ON A/C 301-399,

A. Removal of the Fuel Pump Canister 2QM(3QM)

Disconnect the pipe (9).
(2)
Remove the nuts (38) and the bolts (40).
(3)
Remove the nut (37), the bonding tab (36) (with its bonding strap) and the bolt (41).
(4)
Remove the nuts (31) and the bolts (34).
(5)
Remove the nut (30), the bonding tab (29) (with its bonding strap) and the bolt (35).
(6)
Remove the nuts (21) and the bolts (22).
(7)
Remove the fuel pipes as necessary (Ref. TASK 28-00-00-000-001), so that you can remove the connectors (13), (14) and (16).

Remove the connectors (13), (14) and (16). Remove and discard the O-rings (39), (33) and (19).

Remove the screws (12).
(10)
Remove the canister (15). Remove and discard the sealing ring (11).

If you are to replace the canister (15):
(a)
Remove the check valve (Ref. TASK 28-21-43-000-002).
(b)
Remove the reducer (18). Remove and discard the O-ring (17).
