Product Overview
OBDS is an EFB systems integrator delivering custom Fleet Software and Data Management solutions for Class 1
and Class 2 EFB systems through its MFB (“Multi-function Flight Browser and Task Manager”) and OBDSsync
(Web Based Content Management) applications.
The MFB “Multi-function Flight Browser and Task Manager” allows fleets operating a variety of hardware devices
to operate with a standardized and optimized interface. MFB provides:
• Optimized shell for launching predefined programs and performing updates
• Controlled environment for stability and simplicity
• Centrally managed configurations, can be distributed with data updates
• Update online or by USB/CD - reports delivered to server
• Interactive forms and feedback to server
• Flight document sync
OBDSsync and Web Based Content Management offers:
• Distribution and subscription management for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) content
• Centrally managed configurations, can be distributed with data updates
• Secure differential updates
• Update online or by USB / CD-ROM
• Update logs and flight reports delivered to server
• Web-based configuration management utilities
• Scheduled updates for databases and system updates
Special screen color reversal assists in night operations. Software functionality includes automatic internal
brightness management for specific hardware devices and support for communications connectivity (e.g., 802.11
abg, Sprint broadband, GSM etc).
The MFB may be used in a “utility” mode on desktop or laptop PC systems for synchronized library content
between office, home and EFB.

Error checking and automated error checking functionality available.
EPADs – Tabulated Data Formatting and Validation. Tab data incorporated in
ECL for fast access and retrieval of Performance data in flight.
Class 2 ECL Systems (dedicated EFB checklists) offer custom formatting, open
and closed loop ECL, active or passive interactivity, and change review feature
(with automated review of changes from last revision)
Electronic Documents
􀀹 MFB provides a docs viewer with additional features. Note-taking is supported
for all documents. Notes may be typed or handwritten, and pilot notes and
signatures may be synchronized with other users. Forwarding of reports, and
notes to approved recipient list also provided.
Flight Performance

Environmental
Qualifications
FliteServ C2-R05 is DO-160E qualified. E-Board C2 carries Eurocad certification
that is DO-160E equivalent. All systems are tested via an EMI ground check
procedure and an EMI flight check that addresses altitude issues.
Other qualifications: FiteServ carries the MilSpec certification, E-Board XP3i
carries FCC, CE and UL certifications, & complies with MilSpec EMI requirements.
