do think that there are some good values which are being used in modern businness, the church
was not always the best one to continue.
Nese: I think this is not just for christian religion. The question is if it haven’t been rarely
transported by the church; what could be the situation today.
Aron: Religions writings are may be “just” some kind of tales to show the way how we should

Religions on macro and micro level have self similarities in themselves and giving the same
message at the very core but differentiates in the way they work. That is being similar in an
organisational structure, which can be categorized as horizantal and vertical. (NESE)

David:
“Churches tend to have organisational structures, as they actually are organisation. Religion
should however free itself from these structures religion is personal”
Aron:
“I also think that there are a lot of similarities between religiouns, but I mostly find these
similarities in what they want to say”
Koray:
“I believe that there are many similarities between different religions and also I believe that they
are the very same at the very core. But I can not compare them in organisational point of view.
Because I believe that religion is individiual.”

“I do not really know the structures of religions, but I see that the similarity between them is
that they rule people’s life and keep them from thinking. The big question is that why do not
people like thinking”
Bob:
“I think the underlying message of a religion (its ethical values) should be more important than
the way in which they are presented/ handled”
Juli:
“Probably not all religions have the same message (but I am not familiar with all of them)
though their aim might be similar. I think the question is what? find in this case the organisation
tends to be less important. But indeed there are lot of similarities (both message & organisation)
in different religious.”
Dietrich:
“The Catholic Church is strictly vertical – top-down – self-similar – the Protestant Churches are
all bottom up, flat organisation- the Islam is obviously fully decentralised – Hindinusm &
Budism are without any organisational!”
