Connect the hose nut (8) to the tee at approximately the 3 o'clock position. 1) Tighten the hose nut (8) to 90-100 pound-inches

 (10.2-11.3 newton meters).

 (e)  
Tighten the bolts (1) to 36-40 pound-inches
 (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).

 CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE WIRE HARNESS DOES NOT TWIST OR BADLY BEND DURING
_______ THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE WIRE HARNESS.
 (5)  
Install the fasteners that attach the wire bundle clamps to the brackets at Flange A1 and Flange B on the left side of the engine as follows:

 (a)  
Put the wire bundle forward.

 (b)  
Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (27).


 NOTE: This bracket (27) is at the 11:30 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).
 (c)  Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (27).
 NOTE: This bracket (27) is at the 11:45 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).
 (d)  Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (15).
 NOTE: This bracket (15) is at the 11:30 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).

Put the wire bundles forward.

 (b)  
Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (27).


 NOTE: This bracket (27) is at the 12:00 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).
 (c)  Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (27).
 NOTE: This bracket (27) is at the 1:00 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches
 (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).

 (d)  Install the screw (4), threads lubricated with engine oil, washer (5), and nut (6) that attaches the wire bundle clamp to the bracket (32).
 NOTE: This bracket (32) is at the 1:30 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the screw (4) to 25-35 pound-inches
 (2.8-4.0 newton-meters).

 (e)  Install the bolts (1), threads lubricated with engine oil, and nuts (2) that attaches the wire bundle clamps to the Flange B1 bracket.
 NOTE: This Flange B1 bracket is at the 1:30 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the bolts (1) to 35-40 pound-inches
 (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).

 (f)  Install the bolt (1), threads lubricated with engine oil, and nut (2) that attaches the wire bundle clamps to the bracket (13).
 NOTE: This bracket (13) is at the 2:30 o'clock position.

 1)  Tighten the bolt (1) to 35-40 pound-inches
 (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).
