Remove the damaged outer liner segments (AMM 72-34-01/401).

Fan Exit Liner Segment Repair

Remove any remaining sealant from liner. Use a wooden or plastic scraper. Do not cause damage to the wire mesh or liner in this process.

Cut off all the loose wire mesh.

Make a temporary mold or use spare liners for both sides of the repair area. A temporary mold must be made of an equivalent material. You can use the mold later to make sure that the patched area agrees with the necessary shape.

Smooth out the repair area of all rough and frayed edges of the wire mesh.

Fully mix the Epoxy Adhesive Paste:
(a)
Mix 3 parts by weight of Part A, with 1 part by weight of Part B.
NOTE: You must use the Epoxy Paste in forty (40) minutes
