Find which vanes must be removed (AMM 72-33-02/601).

Cut the damaged vane at the edge of the flowpath surface ID and OD bases.

Make sure you do not damage other vanes.

Carefully lift the leading and trailing edge of the base and remove
the base from the pins.

Drill a 0.125 inch (3.175 mm) diameter hole through the center of
the trailing edge hole to the flowpath surface of the ID vane base.

Clean the base, baseplate, inner case, and pins with MEK solvent and allow to dry for 15 minutes.

Apply sealant heavily to the ID surface of the base, the case
cavity, and the pins.
