Apply sealant as shown in Figure 401.

Remove unwanted sealant with clean cheesecloth.
(b)
Cure the sealant at room temperature in air that has a minimum relative humidity of 25 percent and until it is not tacky.
NOTE: Permit the sealant to cure for 2 hours, minimum, before
____ you touch it. If possible, cure the sealant for 8 hours, total, before operation of the engine.
E. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.

FAN EXIT LINER SEGMENTS (OUTER) - INSPECTION/CHECK

1. General
_______
A. This procedure gives the task do the inspection of the fan exit liner liner segments (outer). These fan exit liner segments will be referred to as the outer liner segments.
B. The nine outer liner segments are on the outer rear circumference of the intermediate case, aft of the fan case.
C. You can open each half of the thrust reverser to get access to the outer liner segments.
