(4) Visually examine the body of the accelerometer for cracks, dents and
deformations.
(a) If the depth of the damage is more than 0.04 inch, replace the
accelerometer.

(5) Visually examine the electrical connector for bent pins, cracks or
crossed threads.
(a) Replace the accelerometer if damage is found.
NOTE:____ Clean the electrical connectors before you connect the
connectors again (WDM 20-60-01).
