(c) Put protective caps on the connectors and the receptacles.

(2) Do these steps to disconnect the extension harness:
(a)
Remove the bolt, the nut, and the clamp half that attaches the extension harness to the engine brackets.
(b)
Remove the two bolts, two nuts, and two clamp halves that attach the lower extension harness and the left harness to the engine brackets.
(c)
Remove the two bolts and two nuts that attach the main junction box to the engine flange.

Connect the connector (on the lower extension harness) to the left junction box. 1) Tighten the connector with the fork wrench to
170-190 pound-inches (19-21 N.m).
(c)
Connect the connector (on the lower extension harness) to the lower junction box. 1) Tighten the connector with the fork wrench to
170-190 pound-inches (19-21 N.m).

(2) Do these steps to attach the lower extension harness:
(a)
Install the bolt, the nut, and the clamp half that attaches the extension harness to the engine brackets. 1) Tighten the nut to 30-35 pound-inches (3.5-4 N.m).
(b)
Install the two bolts, two nuts, and two clamp halves that attach the lower extension harness and the left harness to the engine brackets. 1) Tighten the nuts to 30-35 pound-inches (3.5-4 N.m).
