 CAUTION:_______USE TWO PEOPLE TO INSTALL THE CROSS BEAM. THE CROSS BEAM CAN BECOME CAUGHT ON THE BUSHINGS AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HINGE FITTING.
 USE CARE AS YOU SLIDE THE CROSS BEAM THROUGH EACH CLEVIS AND ABOVE THE HEAT SHIELD. MAKE SURE THE CROSS BEAM IS FREE TO MOVE. AS THE CROSS BEAM LUG STARTS INTO THE OPPOSITE CLEVIS, DO A CHECK OF THE ALIGNMENT. THE BUSHINGS ON THE CROSS BEAM CAN BE CAUGHT ON THE BUSHINGS OF THE HINGE FITTING AND CAUSE DAMAGE.
 (5)  Slide the cross beam through the hinge clevis.

 INBOARD FLAP OUTBOARD TRACK FAIRING - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES

 1.  General_______
 A.  There are two tasks in this procedure:
 (1)  
The first task removes the inboard flap, outboard track (IFOT) fairing.

 (2)  
The second task installs the IFOT fairing.

 B.  This fairing is an aerodynamic cover which is installed to the rear spar of the wing.
