4) Attach the cap chain to the receptacle attachment screw.

(3) Do the deactivation of the air inlet door (Fig. 204):
(a) FOR THE C49001-1 TOOL KIT; If the inlet door actuator does not operate correctly, do the deactivation of the air inlet door with the actuator removed: 1) Remove the inlet door actuator (AMM 49-15-31/401). 2) Install the cap for the electrical connector, D922, for the
inlet door actuator.
3) Attach the electrical connector for the inlet door actuator to the airplane structure with the braid.
4) Install the door lock bracket:
a) Install the door lock bracket on the mounting bracket for the inlet door actuator with the bolts, nuts and washers.
b) Install the spacers to the pushrods for the inlet door actuator.
NOTE: You install the spacers to add length to the
____ pushrods. This will hold the air inlet door in the closed position.
c) Connect the actuator arms to the pushrods with the bolts, nuts and washers. d) Install the actuator arms to the door lock bracket with the bolts and washers.
NOTE: Put the actuator arms on the door lock
____ bracket so the air inlet door is in the closed position.
(b) If the inlet door actuator operates correctly, do the deactivation of the air inlet door with the actuator installed: 1) Disconnect the electrical connector D922 for the inlet door
actuator.
