Remove the APU power plant (AMM 49-11-00/401).

Open the access door, 3701, for the stabilizer trim.

Disconnect the pressure line:
(a) Disconnect the pressure line to the pneumatic actuator for the shutoff valve for the cooling air.
NOTE: To get to the pressure line, go through the access door

for the stabilizer trim.
(b)
Install a cap on the pressure line.
(c)
Install a plug on the pneumatic actuator.

(6) In the APU compartment, disconnect the electrical receptacles from the upper shroud:
(a)
AIRPLANES WITH THE ETC; Disconnect the receptacle for the ETC, D10140, from the fitting on the upper shroud.
(b)
Disconnect the receptacle for the APU harness, D452, from the fitting on the upper shroud.
(c)
Disconnect the receptacle for the starter motor, D4802J, from the fitting on the upper shroud.
