(1) Make a detailed inspection of the outboard flap support at track 3, including:

the fitting assembly and attachment structure, internal and external

the inner and outer doubler.
Make sure that:

there is no corrosion

there are no cracks
-the protective treatment is in the correct condition.

Use BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-061A) cut to the correct dimensions, to make new covers for the applicable inspection holes.
