Make sure that the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER is on the slat/flap control lever.

Put the access platform below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 4, zone 533 (633). (Ref. Fig. 619/TASK 57-53-00-991-020)

Remove the access panel 533AT (633AT) and the flaptrack 4 fairing 533CB (633CB) (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-001).

Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 5 (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
(4)
Remove and discard the cover from the RH inspection hole on the front spar.

D. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 4, zone 533 (633). (Ref. Fig. 619A/TASK 57-53-00-991-020-A)
(2)
Remove the access panel 533AT (633AT) and the flaptrack 4 fairing 533CB (633CB) (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-001).
(3)
Remove and discard the cover(s) from the applicable inspection hole(s) on the front spar.
(4)
Make sure that the applicable inspection hole(s) is clear of unwanted material.

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
use BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-061A) cut to the correct dimensions, to make a new cover for the RH inspection hole.
(3)
Install the new cover on the RH inspection hole.
