Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 5 (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
(4)
Remove and discard the cover from the RH inspection hole on the front spar.

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
use BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-061A) cut to the correct dimensions, to make a new cover for the RH inspection hole.
(3)
Install the new cover on the RH inspection hole.
