 Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 2 (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
 (4)
 Remove and discard the cover from the applicable inspection hole on the front spar.
 (5)
 Make sure that the applicable inspection holes are clear of unwanted material.
