 A. Safety Precautions
 (1) Put warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
 (2) Put the safety barriers in position. Subtask 57-53-00-860-129
 B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Extend the flaps fully (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
 (2)
 Make sure that the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER is on the slat/flap control lever.

 C. Get Access
 (Ref. Fig. 611/TASK 57-53-00-991-012)
 (1)
 Put the access platform below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 3, zone 532(632).
 (2)
 Remove the access panel 532AT (632AT) and the flap track 3 fairing 532CB (632CB) (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-001).
 (3)
 Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 2 at zone 532(632) (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
 (4)
 Remove and discard the cover from the RH inspection hole on the front spar.
 (5)
 Make sure that the inspection hole is clear of unwanted material.

 (1) Put the access platform below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 3, zone 532(632). 
 (2) Remove the access panel 532AT (632AT) and the flap track 3 fairing 532CB (632CB) (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-001). 
 (3) Remove and discard the cover(s) from the applicable inspection hole(s) on the front spar. 
 (4) Make sure that the inspection hole(s) are clear of unwanted material.

 (1) Do a special detailed inspection (Ref. NTM 57-53-09 PART 9), internally of:

the internal support at track 3
 -
the RIB 6
 -
the fitting at the front spar
 -
the internal doubler.
 NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 575300) for the
____ correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from Airbus Industrie.
