CAUTION : DO NOT LET HYDRAULIC FLUID FALL ON THE ENGINE. UNWANTED HYDRAULIC
_______ FLUID MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY WITH A CLEAN LINT FREE CLOTH. THE FLUID CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE PROTECTION AND TO SOME PARTS.

This task is effective post SB RA32178-1 This task is for the installation of the check valve restrictor tubes for engine 2 1000EM2. For the installation of the check valve restrictor tubes for engine 1 1000EM1 (Ref.Task 29-11-49-000-00700).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(2)
Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic reservoir is depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system: - on the ground service panel 198CB.
(4)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position on the access door 195BB to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir.

B. Safety Precautions
(1)
On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
-make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to start the engine 2.
(2)
Make sure that the engine 2 shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit, on the HYD section of the overhead panel 40VU.
(4)
On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
-make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/2 pushbutton switch is off.
(5)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 2.

(1)
Make sure that the fan-cowl doors are open:
-447AL, 448AR (Ref. TASK 71-13-00-010-040).
(2)
Make sure that the access door 195BB is open.
(3)
Make sure that the access platform is in position at the engine.

A. Installation of the Check Valve Restrictor Tubes
(1)
Connect the tube (30) to the HCU. Do not torque the coupling nut at this time.
(2)
Put the clamps (10) on the tube (30). Install the bolts (5), washers
