A. Installation of the Low Level Switch
(1)
Remove the blanking plug from the reservoir (1).
(2)
Lubricate the new O-ring (7) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(3)
Put the O-ring (7) in position on the low level switch (8).
(4)
Put the low level switch (8) in position in the reservoir (1).
(5)
Install the bolts (10) and the washers (9).
(6)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (11) and from the receptacle.
(7)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (11). Subtask 29-13-41-865-062
B.
Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1832GQ, 3801GX, 3802GX, 3803GX.

E. Leak Test of the Hydraulic Connections
(1) Examine the connection of the low level switch (8) and the reservoir (1).
(2)

Bleeding Procedure
(1)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-002).
(2)
Keep the system pressurized for 5 minutes to bleed the Yellow hydraulic system.
(3)
Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1)
Make sure that the level of fluid in the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
(2)
Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-002)
(3)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

(4)
Connect the isolation coupling of the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-002).
(5)
Remove the container.
(6)
Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 29-13-41-865-063
B.
Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1831GQ

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
