(2)
Loosely connect the pressure hose/tube (20) to the fluid disconnect panel. Do not TORQUE the coupling nut at this time.
(3)
Attach the pressure hose/tube (20) to the higher bracket with the clamp (15), the bolt (5) and the washer (10). Do not TORQUE the bolt at this time.
(4)
Loosely connect the pressure switch to the tee-fitting on the pressure hose/tube (20). Do not TORQUE the coupling nut at this time.
(5)
Attach the pressure hose/tube (20) to the two channels with the clamps (15), the bolts (5) and the washers (10). Do not TORQUE the bolts at this time.
(6)
Attach the pressure hose/tube (20) to the lower bracket with the clamps (15), the bolts (5) and the washer (10). Do not TORQUE the bolt at this time.
(7)
Install the center mount clamp (40) as follows:
(a)
Remove the bolt (25), the washer (30) and the nut (35) from the band on the center mount clamp (40).
(b)
Open the band on the clamp (40) and put the pressure hose/tube
(10) into its hole in the insert.
(c)
Put the band on the insert and install the bolt (25), the washer
(30) and the nut (35).
(d)
Make sure that the center mount clamp (40) is installed at a distance of 338 mm (13.3070 in.) below the flange of the pressure hose/tube.
(e)
TORQUE the nut (35) to between 0.23 and 0.28 m.daN (20.35 and
24.77 lbf.in).
(8)
Loosely connect the pressure hose/tube (20) to the union on the hydraulic pump. Do not TORQUE the nut at this time.
(9)
Make sure that the pressure hose/tube (20) is in the correct position on the engine.
NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the fittings when you TORQUE the
____
coupling nuts. This prevents damage to the hose/tube
assemblies.
(10)
TORQUE the coupling nuts on the two ends of the pressure hose/tube
(20) to between 9.66 and 10.6 m.daN (71.23 and 78.17 lbf.ft). TORQUE the coupling nut on the pressure switch tube to between 2.42 and 2.76 m.daN (17.84 and 20.35 lbf.ft).
(11)
TORQUE the bolts (5) to between 0.23 and 0.28 m.daN (20.35 and 24.77 lbf.in).

B. Operational Test
(1)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Do an operational test of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-13-00-710-002).
(3)
During the dry motoring of the engine 2, make sure that there are no leaks from the suction hose/tube.
(4)
Make sure that the level of the hydraulic fluid in the Yellow reservoir is correct. If necessary, fill the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
