-make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit, on the HYD section of the overhead panel 40VU.
(4)
On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
-make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(5)
Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(6)
Make sure that a container is below the pressure switch (15) to collect the hydraulic fluid.

4. Procedure
_________
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 29-13-17-991-902) Subtask 29-13-17-420-054
A. Preparation before Installation
(1)
Remove the protective covers from the hydraulic tube, the electrical connector 3074GD-A and the pressure switch.
(2)
Clean the bonding surfaces of the clamp and the switch (15) with a clean cloth made moist with FUELS (Material No. 01-002).
NOTE : There must be a good electrical bond between the pressure
____ switch (15), the clamp, and the channel-bracket ground stud.
(3)
Wipe the bonding surfaces with a clean cloth before the solvent becomes dry.
(4)
Put the bonding clamp (45) on the switch (15).
(5)
Attach the bonding jumper (50) to the clamp (45) with the bolt (5), the washers (35), (40) and the nut (30).
(6)
TORQUE the nut (30) to between 0.23 and 0.28 m.daN (20.35 and 24.77 lbf.in).
(7)
Do an electrical resistance check as follows:
(a)
Put one lead of the ohmmeter on the pressure switch (15).
(b)
Put the other lead of the ohmmeter on the bonding clamp (45).
(c)
The resistance measured between the ohmmeter leads must be 0.0025 Ohm or less.
(d)
Put one lead of the ohmmeter on the pressure switch (15).
(e)
Put the other lead of the ohmmeter on the ground stud on the channel bracket (20).
(f)
The resistance measured between the ohmmeter leads must be 0.0025 Ohm or less.
(g)
If the resistance is more than 0.0025 ohm, remove the bonding clamp and clean the bonding surfaces again. Do this procedure until the resistance indication is in the correct range.

B. Installation of the Engine-Pump Pressure Switch
(1)
Install the pressure switch (15) on the channel bracket (20) with the clamp (10), and the bolts (5).
(2)
TORQUE the bolts (5) to between 0.23 and 0.28 m.daN (20.35 and 24.77 lbf.in).
(3)
Connect the hydraulic tube (25) to the pressure switch (15). NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the pressure switch (15) when you
____
TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube.
(4)
TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube (25) to between 7.0 and 7.68 m.daN (51.62 and 56.63 lbf.ft).
(5)
Install the electrical connector 3074GD-A to the pressure switch (15). Tighten the connector with your hand.

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 3700GD
Subtask 29-13-17-710-052
D. Operational Test
(1)
Do an operational test of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-13-00-710-002).
(2)
During the dry motoring, make sure that there are no leaks from the LP pressure switch of the pump.
(3)
Make sure that the level of hydraulic fluid in the Yellow reservoir is correct. If necessary, fill the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
5. Close-up
