 3. Job Set-up
__________ Subtask 29-13-49-860-059
 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration. (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001)

 (2)
 Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

 (3)
 Put warning notice(s) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system: - on the ground service panel 198CB.

 (4)
 Put warning notice(s) on the access door 195BB to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir.

 B. Safety Precautions
 (1)
 On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

 -put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to start the engine.

 (2)
 Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.

 (3)
 Put warning notice(s) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:

 -in the cockpit, on the HYD section of the overhead panel 40VU.

 (4)
 On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:

 -make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.

 (5)
 Put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

 (6)
 Put a container below the suction-hose adapter connection to the hydraulic pump.

 D. Get Access
R  (1) Open the left fan-cowl door (Ref. TASK 71-13-00-010-040): FOR 1000EM2 Open the door 447AL.
 (2) Put the access platform in position at the engine.
 4. Procedure

 Subtask 29-13-49-020-055

 A. Removal of the Hydraulic Suction Hose/Tube Assembly
 (1) Disconnect the adapter assembly (60) on the suction hose/tube (25) from the hydraulic pump and let the fluid flow in the container.
 NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union on the hydraulic pump
____ when you loosen the adapter assembly.
 (2)
 Disconnect the coupling half (15) on the suction hose/tube (25) from the fluid disconnect panel at the top of the engine.

 (3)
 Remove the bolt (5), the washer (10) and the clamp (20) that attach the suction hose/tube (25) to the top bracket.

 (4)
 Remove the bolts (30), the washers (10) and the clamps (35) that attach the suction hose/tube (25) to the two channels.

 (5)
 Remove the bolts (30), the washers (10) and the clamp (35) that attach the suction hose/tube (25) to the lower bracket.

 (6)
 Remove the bolt (40), the washer (45) and the nut (50) from the band on the center mount clamp (55).

 (7)
 Open the band of the center mount clamp (55) and remove the suction hose/tube (25) from the insert. Put the band on the insert and install the bolt (40), the washer (45) and the nut (50).

 (8)
 Remove the suction hose/tube (25) from the engine.

 (9)
 Remove the adapter assembly (60) from the suction hose/tube (25).

 (10)
 Remove the coupling half (15) from the suction hose/tube (25).

 (11)
 Put protective covers on the ends of the suction tube/hose (25), the fitting on the fluid disconnect panel and the union in the hydraulic pump.
